Most items on our site can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm ET.


ELEVTD does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. See general guidelines below:

  • ELEVTD ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, however expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available at this time.
  • ELEVTD ships to a growing number of international addresses. View the list of countries available for international shipping.
  • ELEVTD does not allow shipping items to multiple addresses within one order.
  • Per order, no more than six items can be shipped to an international address.

When using free UPS Standard Ground Service, please allow 3-5 business days for receipt of orders shipping within the United States.

Your order requires processing and shipping before it is delivered. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse to your shipping address.

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver® service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays that are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment and allow you to monitor the progress of your package.


After placing an order, you will receive two types of email confirmations:

  • Almost immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with the subject "ELEVTD Order Confirmation." This email confirms that your order was received, is being processed.
  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "ELEVTD Order Shipment Confirmation." This email contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to the status of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track the package in any of the following four ways:

  • Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.
  • Visit the UPS Online Tracking Web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form. For international orders, visit the UPS Worldwide Saver® Web page.
  • If you are a registered ELEVTD member and you logged in to make your purchase, access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped," click the "Track" link to view the status of the order.
  • If you are not a registered ELEVTD member, click the link in your shipping confirmation email. Where promoted, enter your order confirmation number and view the status of your package.

Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
