STANDARD RETURN POLICY

ELEVTD accepts returns within 60 days of the date of purchase. We offer free shipping on U.S returns. See details below, browse our FAQs, or contact Customer Service.

Standard Return: For orders shipped within the United States

International Returns: For orders shipped from outside the United States

For APO/FPO shipping address returns, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.535.8152 for assistance with your return or exchange.


Items must be sent back within 60 days of the date of purchase
.DETAILS

  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags
  • All packaging (including original shoe boxes) should be included
  • You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label (not available on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S.)
  • Items should always be mailed back to ELEVTD, not to the manufacturer
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item at our warehouse. It can take an additional 2 - 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company/form of payment
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund any expedited shipping costs applied to your original order

  • Copy your shipping confirmation email
  • Follow instructions to make a return and you will be provided with a return shipping label

SEND IT BACK

Once You Receive Your Shipping Label:

  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them, including all original packaging: bags, tags, shoe boxes, etc.
  • Place everything in your return shipping box and use the return shipping label that was provided to you. (If you are using a return shipping label not provided by ELEVTD, please include the original packing slip with your return)
  • Take your sealed box to any UPS location or drop-off box

WE’RE ON IT

  • Once your returned item is received, we will email you a confirmation
  • We will process a refund in the form of your original payment

MAKE AN EXCHANGE

  • All exchanges must be made by phone. Call Customer Service at 1.877.535.8152
  • We will start processing a new order for your replacement item right away
  • You will receive a new order and a new shipping confirmation email
  • The purchase price of your replacement item will be charged once it ships
  • You will receive a refund for your returned item in the form of your original payment within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • If a promo code was used on an item that is being exchanged for the same item, just in a different size or color, the price paid for the new item will be exactly the same as for the original item, including any discounts
