Q: CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

ELEVTD offers free shipping on United States orders. Returns made within the United States are also free. International shipping rates vary by country and will be applied to your order at checkout. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See Shipping details.

 

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

A: Yes. Please note that we are unable to provide free return shipping on APO/FPO orders.

Q: WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

A: ELEVTD charges your credit card when the order is processed.

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Orders received by 12 pm ET will be shipped that day. Please allow 3-7 business days for receipt of orders shipping within the United States. Orders shipping internationally take approximately 3-14 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee.  See Shipping details.

 

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the status of your order. If you are an ELEVTD member, you can also log into your account and view your order history.

 

Q: CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

A: Because we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible (orders placed by 12 pm ET will be shipped that day), there is a small window in which to cancel or modify an order. Please call Customer Service  at 1.877.535.8152 as soon after placing your order as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Note that changes to an order cannot be made once it has shipped.

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: ELEVTD accepts returns on unworn merchandise with the original tags attached and the original packaging (including shoe boxes) within 60 days of the order date.
