ELEVTD offers direct shipping to many destinations outside of the United States. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES ELEVTD SHIP TO?

Customers in the following countries can receive orders from ELEVTD. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States will be shipped via our international shipping partner, UPS Worldwide Saver®. Please note that we do not currently ship to non-U.S. post office boxes.

HOW DO I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Simply add items to your cart and click "Checkout". You will see the total price, including shipping and handling charges in U.S. dollars, before you place your order. Please note the following:

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. ELEVTD is not responsible

    for incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond ELEVTD's control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper, however you must agree to pay these charges to receive your order. Please note that by placing an international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties that may apply.
  • For shipments to Mexico, the recipient is responsible for all required documentation and compliance with Mexican custom laws. A recent change now requires the possession of an import license to receive goods from the United States.
  • ELEVTD is not liable for packages that cannot be collected (/delivered). WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To find out the exact shipping and handling costs before you make a purchase, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We will inform you of the exact charges, excluding duties and taxes, for your items before you place the order. You will not be charged for duties and taxes by ELEVTD at checkout, but these charges may be applied by the destination country. If so, they will be paid on your behalf and subsequently collected from you by our shipping agent.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Please allow 5 to 14 business days for receipt of orders shipped outside of the United States. All international orders are delivered via express service and are fully trackable.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED? 

Your credit card will be billed by ELEVTD once the order ships.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

ELEVTD accepts returns within 60 days of the date of purchase. We'll issue a refund for the amount you paid for the returned item. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for original shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with international orders. DETAILS

  • Items must be sent back within 60 days of the date of purchase
  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags
  • All packaging (including original shoe boxes) should be included
  • ELEVTD does not currently offer prepaid return shipping labels for International orders
  • Items should always be mailed back to ELEVTD, not to the manufacturer
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item at our warehouse
  • Credits can take additional time to post to your account, depending on your credit card company/form of payment
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for original shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with international orders 

SENDING IT BACK  

Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them, including all original packaging: bags, tags, shoe boxes, etc. 

Place everything in your return shipping box and write your ELEVTD order number on the outside of the box in the below format

Take your sealed box to any post office or authorized carrier outlet to purchase return postage. You may also wish to insure your package for the full replacement value.

WE’RE ON IT

  • Once your returned item is received, we will email you a confirmation
  • We will process a refund in the form of your original payment

MAKE AN EXCHANGE

  • All exchanges must be made by phone. Call Customer Service at +1.470.363.2029 (from outside the United States), 1.877.535.8152 (from within the United States)
  • We will start processing a new order for your replacement item right away
  • You will receive a new order and a new shipping confirmation email
  • The purchase price of your replacement item will be charged once it ships
  • You will receive a refund for your returned item in the form of your original payment within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Credits can take additional time to post to your account, depending on your credit card company/form of payment
  • If a promo code was used on an item that is being exchanged for the same item, just in a different size or color, the price paid for the new item will be exactly the same as for the original item, including any discounts.
  • International return shipping costs and any new duties or taxes associated with the replacement order are the responsibility of the customer
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for original shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with international orders
